Corporate Identity
Attica Wealth Management is an independent asset management company with an expanded scope of activities, supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. The Company’s core purpose is the management of mutual funds in accordance with Law 4099/2012, as well as any related activities permitted under the applicable legal and regulatory framework governing asset management companies.
In addition, the Company provides the following services:
- Portfolio Management including pension funds’ portfolios, on a discretionary basis and in accordance with client mandates, provided that such portfolios include one or more of the financial instruments referred to in Article 5 of Law 3606/2007, as in force.
- Investment Advisory relating to one or more of the financial instruments referred to in Article 5 of Law 3606/2007, as in force.
The Company is also licensed to manage Alternative Investment Funds (AIFM).
